Tommy Stephenson grew up in Columbia County in Evans, GA, and offers a local perspective on the Augusta area. Tommy began his real estate career in 1997 in Nashville, Tennessee, with Crye-Leike Realtors. His aggressive approach to marketing and customer service quickly made him a top producer for the company and one of the top agents in Nashville.
In January 2000, Tommy returned to Columbia County and quickly became a top producing agent in the Augusta area. He purchased the Realty Executives franchise for Richmond, Columbia and Aiken Counties in April 2006. Realty Executives of Greater Augusta is one of the fastest growing real estate companies in the Augusta area, with over 40 producing agents and six new developments underway. With over 1000 new homes under construction over the next five years, the company’s future is bright.
